I would work on the symbol a lot more, along with the colors. The gem seems kind of outta place

The typography you have used is quite good. But the logo mark doesn't seem to be working in harmony with the type. You are on the right track but could make the crown look more elegant.

I don't really get the idea behind the symbol. The gem isn't working- maybe without the black lines. This might sound weird- but that is an odd shade of green.

The tag line is too small and too light.

Esmeralda means "emerald", and is also used as a female name in Spanish speaking countries.

So the shade of green is very well used here. What I'm not sure is if it's necessary to use an illustration of an emerald when we are talking about maid services and not a jewelry.

When I read the name for a maid service I lmao'd, good one. :)
However I don't think you should have played on emerald stone, instead you should have drawn a nice smiling chubby maid or something else related to maids.
