I like the symbol, it just needs to be refined a bit. I'm not sure about the font or the placement of the symbol itself. What about something similar to this? just an idea. I also played around with making the spot that the feathers cross have a different blending mode. Just an idea, it's a good start!

I would avoid Losttype fonts for a logo. They are too well known and recognizable.

The font needs to change!
I like thecuraga's idea but that font wont work too.
Incorporate what you have and his idea with some new fonts =)

I'd remove the thin stroke from the feathers and DEFINITELY change the font!!! I like the font that Thecuraga used in his version, but I'd keep the feathers positioned as they are in yours. And maybe (!?) make the non-feathered end of the feathers more thin!? They almost look a little clunky. But I love the two colors.
