"too lazy" Yeah I can tell considering we have no context for this logo or it's intended purpose.

From a simple, logo-viewing perspective, I can tell you that the "High Games, Studio in USA" font is too small and thin to read. Since I'm not sure what this logo will be used for, you would want it to be legible for all sizes, whether it be print or screen.

Also, I would try and keep your color palette as simple as possible, unless the client specifically requested it. The pink in High Games is pretty similar to the red in GamePlox, which seems unnecessary.
