You need a strong idea first.
"GS" inside a filled rectangle, then the business name underneath the graphic mark. OK, that might work, but it's too dull.
That square "GS" is not going to stick in anybody's mind, specially if an elephant steps on it. You need to add some "personality" to the brand. Make it memorable.
Start over.
Very forgettable.
Could read as: OS
To much going on, SIMPLIFY.
Dont make it look squished either
Different fonts and loose the web effects
Sketch out some ideas and then go from there.
No gradients, drop shadows, web.0 effects or anything else that is going to f up your design
This is how a logo looks when you send your text to newspaper classified ads and pay extra $10 so they make it look 'better'.
clean it up more and come up with a one strong simple idea.
make it simple and specific.
