ok, that's bad in so many ways, in my vision of course. Putting a font on a background is not a logo, is just putting a font on a background. No symbol ? that's bad .....

Take time to really think about the name of the company. Unless this is EXACTLY what your client wanted, you should have more fun with it. "Hello World" is such a happy statement, but the colors, the ho-hum font, the lack of energy in the design all is kind of... dull.
