Love it. Jan Mense should go above or beyound the symbol (in my vision) and the negative M should have sharp corners. It looks fine as it is, very nice job.

I would like to see in an application, or a color variant
and noticed a transparency or texture, explains, I would like to see it on a plain background.

I like the style and feel of this a lot, very artistic. My only problem is that without reading the brief I thought this was a logo for a dentist as I see a tooth turned upside down in the graphic.

I agree with hueroth. A lot of my recent logos have been marked down because of his trolling. Particularly my better ones. And just thumbing down peoples work with feedback such as "I don't get it." or "I don't like it" without posting ways that someone can improve makes you look like you know nothing about design and /or of what you're talking about in general.
