Way too confusing- your name doesn't come across at all, it's just a jumbled mess. For things like this to work you have to be really clever with the letter placement (or it's at least got to look really nice and be way less confusing). I don't mean to sound harsh, but this doesn't look nice and it's, as previously stated, much too confusing.

I'd start over with a new idea!
