make sure the spacing is appropriate

come up with a simple symbol that reflects the company, maybe do some sketches and see what you get

i don't see where the wheel comes into play. the type is too generic and not the right typography. everything Jost just said is basically everything i agree with

simply it's not a logo...those are elements in one scene and they don't match... drop this one...come up with a concept that's the important thing...and then visualize it in a simple way...good luck...
