Without a brief it is hard to tell if a logo fulfilling its purpose or not, but this is not yet a logo. I suggest to try and research why a logo is working and how. There's a lot of resources to start from.

Why not upload a description and a decent size image? As it stands it doesn't look good.

maybe before you have to give a description first.
I think this is not a logo but typography, and for itself is not clear typography and color to make the yellow pins
