the splash is a great concept, the type is for lack of a better term...horrible. It's hard to read, which would not work on property signage. There is nothing wrong with a hand written style, but try to find one that goes with the splash without looking like a water park.

My biggest concern is the typography, which does not say shopping center and is really hard to read. At this point the logo feels more like a Swimming championship. Good idea thou

nice idea but i read logo real, so yea new type style please, interesting idea, still does not scream shopping center tho. but would love to see the new type!

Actually, I quite like the original type, it's fluid and lake-like; refreshing and happy. The new type just doesn't do that. Centro Commercial is good. The splash needs to be simplified a bit but a good idea. Nice colours. Almost there. Well done

I like the idea of this, but right now it looks a bit livetracey... I'd say tighten up the illustration somehow. I also like the idea of the font, being similar to the water, but I don't think this particular choice works. Also- I like the darker type under the logo as you've shown in the comments, just not that type choice.

I use to love the splash and type combined, but here you went too far with the type, I can t read LAGO i read LOGO....that's bad. Try something splashed too for the font.I uploaded some splash i did a while ago....hope it will help you.
