This definitely has potential.

I red thumbed the symbol, not that it is fundamentally bad, but it needs some serious fine tuning. The circle looks too thick compared to the woman picto. The hair look to random.

The composition isn't perfect (where is the 5th thumb, Ivan? =) The symbol is way too close from the name which is too far form the subtext.
