I'm not sure if this is a real submission for critique or not... But if it is, it's bad. I have no idea why you would put not only backwards but also upside down text in your logo- but that's a no-no in most cases. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but nothing about this works. I'd just start over! Try for something more aesthetically pleasing for starts, and then just make sure that you can read it all (I have NO idea what the name of your design company is), that it's original, interesting, and understandable. This is none of those things!

Colors are null, try to never use the main symbol in any degree other than 0, the typography is not transmitting anything at all nor does the logo, and the letters on your left side I do not know if you noticed, they are backwards.

I wont even talk about the creative part.
