I do not feel experienced enough to critique, but based on the pattern I've seen on other submissions, I'd bet they'll suggest losing the gradients. To me, the fuzziness of the leaf symbol clashes with the style of the typography.
Still a nice step up from the tree and the line. Good move.
Buon progresso, ma fai l'esercizio di togliere i colori e lavorare su bianco e nero, traccia il perimetro di una foglia liscia e inseriscila nel testo con font bold. Prova
Good progress, but you do the exercise and to remove the colors, work of black and white, trace the perimeter of a leaf and put it in plain text with Bold. test
Typography is bad, gradients are not working and leaf.... I better not say what I think about it.
Look, we have seen a number of your attempts at design and frankly, I don't see you getting any better at this without some serious studying.
My advice: bookstore > books on graphics & logo design > study at least for a year before attempting to seriously design a logo.
My only comment would be that the leaf doesn't look like a Eucalyptus leaf, unfortunately. It is smooth edged and pale creamy olive in colour. There is nothing dark green about a gum tree at all, so if the colours were adjusted it would bring you in closer to the mark. Would be good to know what product this logo is for

The "t" and the "s" are cheating, they don't match with the rest of the letters.
Keep this idea and work on the leaf. Make it smooth, add a midrib and some veins so it's not mistaken for a guajillo pepper.
Lose the gradients.

Loose the gradients and create a leaf that doesnt look like it belongs in a 1980's videos game & I think you will be ok
