The up side code is good idea for advertising, but no for logos.

I can't read what you've written above, but I thought I'd chime in on the logo all the same.
I don't like the font for any of it, and that 'graicao de sites' is obviously not going to work as you have it set there- it's practically invisible, too small, and why would it be white text with such a faint shadow?

I maybe wouldn't mind the small symbol you have at the upper left corner if I wasn't so distracted by trying to figure out what the subtext was. Fix that and upload it again!?
