I'm gonna have to go with "no" on this one.... I usually try to stay as far away as possible from using any kind of generic Illustrator stroke (like the one creating the circle here) in a logo, because it almost always LOOKS generic- and I'm afraid it's application here is no different.
The other things catching my eye are the super SUPER faint line under the M- is that necessary? As far as the rest of it, from what I can tell (the example is so small I can't see it too well!) I guess I just don't quite get the double stacked a's!? The subtext font looks really squished and too detailed for being so small (but that could just be because such a small example was uploaded!?)
Overall, I'd lose the circle, lose the tiny line under the 'm', and then take a look at what you've got.
First, I was read: Magma... Don't undestand the double a.
Agree with the aboves. Maybe substitute the circle with a coffee-patch-circle (but I'm afraid that was also too mainstream nowadays)...

I'm with Sara on this one.
The use of that Illustrator brush is a major offense. This is the Comic Sans of strokes!
The font choice isn't too bad, but all the rest is, unfortunately.
