on the internet the logo will do allright!
but with the gardients on paper.. i dont think so.. :(
but i like the symbol !
I agree with webhunter,
Symbol is cool. But the text is indeed to much. Maybe you could put make above marketing or the symbol between them. I would also use i lighter or less wide font. Make sure that the green in the symbol is the same as the green in the text.
