Brief from client
Benefactor - business consulting company. They wish to be the bast - number 1.
They work in a serious business, but they are young, creative and full of energy. So because of that, I choose grey color as a business and coral as something dynamic. Tagline means: architects of change.

Looks goo, but there are too many ideas going on here: the 1 in the B, the F and A fused together and the upward arrow in the pink O.
Keep it simple, just keep one of them.
I agree with Shawali, try and replace the arrow, put the "1" in the "O"
hum, i like it, but the arrow doesn't fix good.
Perfect color match. Think that the problem with the arrow can be resolved by placing it vertically, poiting upward.
thank you very much for all yours comments. I can agree with you about "to much", or arrow in O. The story is, that I made 1 in b. Client and me love it, but they wanted the arrow as well and the color accent.
So I made arrow. You are complaining about a shape and angle. The arrow was made from two 1 - so the shape is the same as typeface, about angle - I think it works with "t". F and a, are together because in "original" typeface looked bad. So its quite difficult for me to change it, specially that I agree that simple's the best.
and the client love it... they pay for it.
