The 'Personal Wine' text is just about passable. The wine glasses need refining, and the wineglas stems as 't's are just not working. The 'by bay point trading' text is just awful.

Reboot in my opinion.

I agree with Jon ... The whole thing isn't working for me, sorry. I am not familiar with the company, but I see the wine industry as being sophisticated and immersed in tradition and history. Yes, it can be fun, too, like Yellow Tail's label. If you want fun, just keep it simple.

I like the overall concept, but I feel like the wine in the glasses needs to be cleaned up. I don't often see wine slide up both sides of glass and I think that's part of what is throwing me off. Plus, I just want to see a smooth line that doesn't go over the black line of the glass. To me, that says the wine is on the outside of the glass.

I'm with Jon about the 'By bay point trading'. I think you need a nice clean font to offset the the other type. As it is, it's just to chaotic for me. The tight space between the 'P' of 'Point' and the 'L' from the 'Personal' also isn't working for me.
