Brief from client
logo has to be connected with two brands - computer graphic designing for business industry: business cards, web pages, leaflets, posters, etc. The second brand is about 3d visualisations - game art, architecture.
My point was to focus the end receiver on 3d cg. My client just design, he doesn't print anything, so I used color palette from RGB, not CMYK.
Then, in his motto is that he knows every pixel, so symbol of a 3d pixel is the main shape in my project.
I'll be very gratefull for every comment.

First of all too generic. Impossible to remember this symbol. Second too complex to reproduce. Colors have no harmony. Overall you can start over with a white piece of paper. Yes, paper. Start making sketches before you move on to the computer. Have an idea.
I second everything that botw said above, with an addition of "not to mention there aren't any words to tell us what the heck its for!!!"
Start ovah! (Or at least make the above more unique, lose the shadows/gradients and then plug in some text!)

Very generic and disorientated, does not invoke any type of response other than "huh". Sort of reminds me of an acid styled lamp shade from the seventies
