I like the idea, but I would suggest some modification: The dot on the "i" is too big. You should make the "a" like that, and give "i" a normal dot. You can extend the small text from the letter "p" to "a". And you should try it in colors. Replace the grey scale with a range of saturation of another color. You could work on the fonts also.

I like the font, groove make it cool, but dionisdei is right, the dot u can put him on the "a" and will turn real nice, and try to make a version with some color, it will became real nice to see.
