Problems: 1. Different and uneasy to read kerning in both "Prime" and "Brokers". 2. "e" italicized is not good in this context. 3. The arrow looks a bit primitive. Try again.
it's pretty static in my opinion, the cross (arrows) can be used much better and dynamic, look for a better form. The font it's too complex , try with something sans serif, more rounded forms or fluid (but not wild). The idea is to keep a straight line with minimal forms.
The idea of converging arrows (bringing people together) is great but the composition with the text is not good. Try putting the symbol in a more central position. Try a different font too, it's too classic, lacks in creativity. The colour is nice and contemporary but how about bringing another colour r some depth?
try to give some space between the arrows and the corners of each box, coz if u see the small sized logo to the right, you wont be able to recognize the arrows..
typo... more simple and corporate font would be great..

You definitely need to start over. The whole thing does not appeal to me. Try a modern font, maybe modify some letters to indicate a bar graph, or something like that....
maybe substract the shadow and change the symbol or fuse the 4 arrows
