I think it is well executed, but if the company differentiation consists in "You call and we go wherever you are", i think something is missed.

You can call me blind but the message below is barely visible. If it isn't important, remove it. If not, make it a little bigger (i realize that this recommendation had turned to be my sign).

People will never take a time to see your logo, then you have just a few seconds to catch their attention, at least the way to commercialize your brand is using sheets and the sales man is in front of each client, you most remove everything that isn't important.

This exercise is good, very good one, but you must do something else to catch client's eye attention.

This logo is too crowded and thus you can't use it in a small size. If you put it on a business card, the small texts will disappear or will not be readable. The stroke on the main text is ugly, there are all kinds of holes in it that look like accidental misteaks which they really are. The flag is not positioned well, there are small pieces sticking in from the left side which is ugly. The grey lines below the flag are useless and ugly, they are not needed at all. The frame around the circle is too different in style from the company name's stroke, it doesn't look good. 3 different fonts in a logo will never ever work.
