Eu diria que as necessidades do símbolo trabalham, mim gosto de como você tem o homem sobre a vista do horizonte mas parece a volumoso, talvez você posso limpar refino a pessoa e escolho possivelmente uma pia batismal mais.

I would say that the symbol needs work, i like how you have the man over looking the horizon but it seems to bulky, maybe you can clean up refine the person and possibly choose a stronger font.
I can't understand spanish or portugese but i like the logo. Give some more power to the font as monito said, also making the figure more vertical and well defined will help you. use solid colors, saturate colors, not really a fan of the grey there.
