Two things: 1. What I'm assuming is a "Q" looks too much like the logo for the Quake computer game (see image included). 2. The type for "Qter Airlines" is too difficult to read the way it is. Start by getting rid of the outline on the type, then change the typeface altogether. A gothic "blackletter" script like that doesn't say "airline" to me.

I totally with eaganj. Start from scratch, making the typeface legible and one simple graphic symbol.

I'm afraid the colors/symbols/idea in general here scream anything but 'airline'. I thought it was a logo for some gothic-esque tattoo shop or something! I'd start over from scratch on this one.
