ALMOST!
I can't even use the thumbs to rate - you have a good and bad example of each category within your design:.
-Get rid of one of the diamonds (and the diamond over the "i"- use a dot)
-Get rid of one of the colors (preferably light gray)
-Get rid of one of the fonts (if you don't use a space between words, differentiate with a bold of the same font, not a different uncomplimentary font)
OK, I think I covered it all. Basically simplify this and you'll be in a good spot.
This is pretty much a failed attempt at creating a simple & memorable solution.
Your typography mix is wrong, your graphic mark looks forced and without natural flow and color scheme doesn't work harmoniously.
Trash this, get a new idea and start over.
