nice!! nice font too ;) haha.. i would maybe try a different layout and maybe connect the stinger of the bee to one of the letters of the text, perhaps you could try it to the top right off QUIZBEE and connect it to the top of the E and make it smaller. P.S Happy new year!!

also if its meant to symbolise community maybe you should have more than one bee! could have another 2, and put glass on one to make him look a little bit nerdy 8-)

great logo! love the font you used. The only thing I could say is the spacing.
