Removing the girl is not a good idea. It might be the most significant symbol of the logo. Just looks at Starbucks', they are making the chick bigger and bigger.

The font is, I would say, generic, there's nothing special there that can justify the replacement.

I would keep the colors as they are. Solid, strong colors without gradients.

i agree with luenib, removing the girl is like you're getting rid of the entire characteristic of his logo.

don't think it was the right font choice either. defiitely like the original one better.

Original logo is brilliant, you are not even close to a good redesign.

Changing this logo would be a tragedy.

It would be like when UPS changed a Paul Ran Logo (that was hot) to the gay little fruity shield they have now

I woud feel like an heretic touching that former logo... looks like a classic untemporaly logo... If you want to sell an improvement for this.. sorry, you should work very hard...

original is fantastic...try to stay closer to that with your own personal touch
