Obvious and simplistic. If the hand shake would look like an R and a P, it would be great. But as it is now, it's utterly boring.

I have to disagree with my esteemed colleague. I like it :) I find the symbol appealing (even if it is an old idea). The font is classy and the colours are fine. Although, I think you've used 2 different greys (right hand and relation). So, you may want to check that. Otherwise, good job!
