Ahh much better thanks for putting it on a neutral background.
Continuing from your first post.. I think you're on too a solid logo here. You worked in about as much details as graphically possible from my point of view to hint at the magician. But because of the Spade i cant stop but think about gambling. The eyes on the head will also be lost forever in the void of downscaling when its smalled down.
Don't take those as negative remarks i really like this logo but those are the issues at hand and i cant possibly keep quiet about them :)
yeh i agree with most of that, I initially had it without eyes (so it would scale down better) but then it looked like it was holding a bowling ball!, so wasn't obvious it was a head, take a look below :
Ha, totally right about the bowling ball. I like it with the eyes. But indeed, too much "gambling" in the logo. Can't you add a factor that more focuses on magic?

I got less "bowling ball" and more "crystal ball," which I think works with your brand being about magic and whatnot, so great job!
