Clipart? This looks a whole lot like it was taken from a clipart service. If not, it appears to be Photoshop based. With no brief, it is hard to say what the application is.

A bit more contect one what that is would have been helpful to give you a proper feedback, as well as more polite than "xxxxx"

But from what I see, I agree with the above comment. It really looks like you added some circular text around a terrible clip art logo that you didn't create yourself, obviously. This is not how good logos are made.
