I don't get what the symbols is supposed to be, but overall it's a nice job.

upper look tree, its easy recognizable from the tree shadow.

Uhm... it's that the shape of the tree and the shape of the shadow don't really match or even recall one another. By the shape of the three I would expect the shadow to not be "triangular" but more rounded and with bigger circles on "top"... At first sight it looks like a cluster of green balls leaving smoke behind, I'm sorry to say. Maybe it would help if you tried to match the shapes of the tree and the shadow better and included some of the trunk and some branches in the shadow too?

looks nice, but I cannot understand what the symbol is.
The bubble used looks like a speech bubble for me more than a think bubble :)

This would be so much better if it were simpler...get rid of the cauliflower and broccoli, turn the speech bubble in to a green thought bubble. Is the company name "think green?" If not, I would get rid of the "think green." If you have a green thought bubble, the words are redundant. Put the company name below instead. The image would then read - Think Green XYZ Company.
