Trademark Promotions

Brief from client
Input please... tried to maintain some characteristics of the old logo.
I would loose the gradient or make it less harsh, at the bottom with the light blue white going on. give more space on orange line and t. fix the tm in the circle.possibly stretch the corporate promotions to the t?
like the verall feel tho.
This is really nice. My issue is that brush stroke arch and the solid continuations of the t and k don't mix well. To me they conflict and fragment the overall design. Why not make the t and k extended and the same color as the trademark text. As I recall this is an upgrade from a previous logo which is why the TM is there. I think I would move the registered symbol to the outside of the k
I have one little thing to add, but maybe I'm "all wet" as an old person might say....
I don't understand the orange extensions of the t and the k... Are they there for a reason? I guess I don't understand the point of them nor do I really think they look very nice. I agree with 2423 about the fade on the bottom of the text being unnecessary. I do like the blue and the orange together though.
I agree once again with sara, and there are another issue... italic font on logos... in 90% of the cases it want work... I think you have to work a little more in this one

I agree with Sara on this one, I can't really see the point of the orange extensions.
