Creo que los elementos están desordenados, hay que integrarlos de alguna manera, por ejemplo El Caracol y las siglas, también no se que tan buena idea sea usar la misma tipografía para escribir el nombre completo de la Universidad ya que esa fuente se mira bastante informal, El fondo rojo no parece que tenga un claro objetivo por el cual estar ahí, se ve solo puesto. Nuevamente... hace falta integración en los elementos.

La idea general es la de un graffitti pintado... que creo que es una forma cultural no mediatizada por los mercados, tal y como pretende ser la U.P.CA.

Hay muchas maneras de hacer valer el arte urbano de una manera adentrada en el mercado, indaga sobre tipografías y quizás te ayude un poco la psicología del color y la percepción de la forma, ten en cuenta todo eso, el logo está muy desordenado y contamina la vista.

I feel like you have to be careful with the elements that you have used as it pertains to popular culture.. I am completely confused by the red splash in the background and the handwritten style type. Try to look a little more at elements that represent popular culture, or at least an image or clever display of the type itself that can accurately depict popular culture. Try a site called creattica.com and look at the logo section also look at branding served.com and typography served.com. I hope this helps. Keep at it! you can only get better! best wishes!
