I like your idea but you put way too much detail in the cup. Also the arrow there is almost unseen at this scale, if you make it smaller is unnoticeable. Make the c(up) smaller, proportionate with the font, remove the texture, move the ear of the cup a little upper. I think this logo would work on a single row in two colors brown and red. Good job so far, but you still got some finish to make.

Loose the coffee beans in the background maybe have it a solid the color should be enough, think how your client will have to produce this logo, will they put it on bags business cards invoices etc. full color is way more expensive in some aspects of printing.
