Brief from client
The client recently purchased the agency and wanted a new fresh look.
They were specific only on the colors.
I was trying to portray a strong company with the sense of long lasting service to their customers. I wanted to take a small town insurance agency and give them the "franchise" look.

Well... this one... I like and I dont like lol. Cause its a litle old fashion, but at the same time... it works! But why dont you try to do something a little more contemporany but inside that idea?

I think that this is a good start but everything is a little too tight together. I would put your bulleted list much further down and even bump down Insurance Agency. Insurance Agency could be smaller too. Perhaps Insurance Agency could be red and you could eliminate the rule. It looks good, just a little crammed. I also don't think you need a period after admin.
