While I do like the direction you're going with this logo, I think there are some minor issues here.

For one, your star is a teeeeeeeennnyyyy bit too large! So large in fact that it kind of "engulfs" the "V" and blends into it, so for me it spells out as "STAR 1B". Most likely this is due to the fact that your "V" is almost half the size of your other letters, so in result it gets disregarded as font and is taken as a shape.

I think your text should all be the same size for V1B, do that and then figure out how you're gonna shrink down the star to it reads properly, to simplify it even more shrink the star so it doesnt fully overlap the 1 - since right now it kind of looks like a backwards "F"

The font that is outlined also looks too complex atm, You will be better off with it being a solid black or red font with equal kerning - since the letters are touching and look too close right now!

"Smart wear" also can be solid red or black. Basically take off the stroke of the letters so they read out better. Or choose a better font (losttype.com)

The colors are okay for now, but your red seems a little too loud to me (but it could be because im nit picking) in contrast with the solid black. Perhaps try a really dark grey instead of just black?
