maybe you guys can give some tips about the place of the helmet? =)

This is good, for a not so uncommon name and symbol. The placement of the helmet is fine considering another company put theirs over the "V". One suggestion would be to determine where you want the emphasis...the brand name or helmet. Right now the angles in the text are fighting with the lines of the helmet. To make your logo more unique you might try customizing all the edges of the text to more closely resemble the lines of the helmet.
ya the name of the company isn't that special. But that's not my fault :).
should i customize the typografie to the logo or the logo to the typografie?
I like it the way it is. but you can use the helmet in the place of the V, not in top, but removing the V and put the helmet there.

good enough for me, also i like the direction monito gave, but " I likes your helmet too".
It will be great if the label have that proportion
