The logo ought to be a clean, somewhat conservative, stylized representation of the company's name. It should project solid professionalism, creativity, and progressive thinking.

Love this! But I have to question something and hopefully someone can shed some light on the comment I have.... I see a child reading a book with his legs propping up the back and front cover? Makes sense to me for higher education for kids, but a professional consulting business? What am I misunderstanding?
It is an abstract idea related to education and consulting. i don't know how it will work with the client. colors are my own choice & target audience is higher education,schools though. will see how it goes.

Great logo, I would change the cyan color to something else, or at least a darker blue- and make the other color either a much darker brown or black- but all in all this is great! (Or if you really like the blue- then make it less yellowy and use a dark dark gray for the other color?)
