Signforce updated logo

Brief from client
Client wants logo that gives an idea of what they are about.
updating logo from older version - opinion was people didn't know what company was about.
When a logo is doesn't help identifying what the company does, it's certainly not a good solution to just spell it out underneath.
The subtext is way too cluttered, with too many elements happening at the same time.
If you want people to unmistakenly ID the purpose of the company, you can always make a nice symbol. With a sign company, it should be fairly easy. Design an actual sign! =)
I don't think you need the entire naming clarification to explain how the name was reached in the marketing meeting.
Signs + More is more than sufficient.
I knew that you sold signs before seeing that, but to be fair I work at a sign shop, so I am biased.
Amazingly, I don't think I have ever seen a sign shop that used a sign for their logo. All of the ones that I see seem to over-complicate and overwork their logo... exactly like this.

I did once, I think it was in the 90's which might explain why I used copperplate.
Amazingly, this is fresher to me than all other sign shop logos I have seen. :D
This looks VERY similar to the logo for FASTSIGNS, who is an international franchise. Be careful... you don't want to have a lawsuit on your hands.
