This logo is too literal and illustrative. You have to conceptualise the idea of mountains, tress, etc. You also need to simplify it. Remove all the superfluous elements that don't really need to be there.
My advice would be to restart from scratch, with a proper creative process this time=
1- Research: what type of business is this logo destined for? Find out anything you can find about this business: trends, history, the big brands, etc.
2- Inspiration: before drawing anything, fuel your inspiration by looking at logos from similar business (or not) on site like Pinterest, Logo Pond, From Up North, etc.
3- Sketching: before committing to anything, with a pen and a piece of paper, draw a few hundred ideas, develop them, see where they take you. This is paramount to flesh out cool ideas.
4- Execution: when you have a cool idea and concept, you start executing them on your computer. Remember that a logo should be designed only on a vector based software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
