It will be a stretch to some to even read a lower case " b " in your symbol, as some might see a number " 8 " being broken at a top or an infinti symbol. " B " in a text then should be a lower case, too. Pentagon on a background doesn't serve any purpose in a general design here and , so, is that stroke below " AFIX ". I think that more sketching and trying different ideas would be a way to go from here.

that just looks like an A on a baseball team uniform. and why does everything have a stroke? the off angle hex is cutesy, but see no good thing it does for the design. same with the marker stroke.

Here's where many of us will be overly critical on logos; if you're representing a graphic design company, it's gotta be really polished. After all, if someone doesn't like the logo, they may leave with a negative impression of their services.

So right away I noticed the "swish" under the "Graphix" (by the way, don't spell it like that if you can help it. Way too cliche). This can be easily removed, since the placement doesn't make sense, nor does it add to the design.

Next, outlines really detract from type. It's another amateur habit that most professionals stay away from. No offense or anything, just helping to represent this company the best you possibly can :)

The color scheme is very...bland. I would try and pick something that compliments gold or yellow. The gold is very in-your-face here. I like a little variety in my logos, but this point is just a personal thing.

Finally–and I say this a lot–I would highly reccommend experimenting with hand drawn signatures. It just gives it so much more unique value. This makes it hard when you're designing for someone else (I honestly wasn't sure), but it will strengthen the logo so much, you'd be surprised.

So overall, there are a lot of things here and there that I would rethink. Good luck, and I hope you get where I'm coming from when I say I'm more critical with logos for designers. It's your selling point, so make it strong!

I hope this isn't a real agency.

This doesn't look good at all, for all the reasons pointed above. It's way too complicated with that tilted hexagon (why?) and that marker stroke looks stylistically totally different and off point.

The colors could work for a honey producer in the 70's but certainly not a agency in 2016.

I can feel that you didn't spend much time, if any, sketching ideas down on paper. This is the main reason why this logo isn't working. You need to apply a proper creative process. Read my comment on this post to know what I mean : http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/critique/out

This looks like they make graphics for bees.

A graphics logo is the hardest logo to make. Good luck.
