Brief from client
active is a new music shop,(music, cds, DJ, accessories,...)
active reflect the behavior of the managers with the clients.
the I and V, using the negative side and flipping the V give us the two sign Pause and Play..

It's a clever idea, but it just isn't visually appealing. The font for "musica" is ugly. You can keep this idea, but it will be a lot of work to make it successful. Maybe try just using the V as a play symbol. But, not as is.. still needs work. The message would be more clear and simple.
This could work provided you fix a few problems:
1. typography and incorporated graphic elements are not aligned/sized properly
2. Do you really need a 'pause' icon for Active Music?
3. 'musica' typography does not work properly here, I would suggest you change it to something more appropriate.
