I like the color mixing, but the stars make a little bit of noise to me... maybe re shape them and make them smaller, or let them follow the flow of the curve in the word ADMINISTRADORES.

Right off the bat, the bottom of the left side is WAY lower than the right side. I know some of that is happening naturally because of the shape of the S but it's way too big a difference to me. The arc line in general are really inconsistent. I'm also not really feeling how the stars are arranged. The shape at the bottom is awkwardly shaped, especially at the left and right ends. I do think the colors work fine here but some attention needs to paid to the details. Good luck.
