Ouch, that's one ugly logo. I don't really know where to start. It looks like there's one logo inside another logo.

I read "itoria". The V is barely readable and looks terrible.

The font choice is really poor. The two types don't match each other.

Two symbols is one too many.

I'd say restart from scratch or hire a pro.

Take some time and look through the submissions here on this site. Read the comments, both good and bad. You can learn a great deal of do's and do-not's from designers of all different levels of experience. Good luck.
