Globally too complicated, especially the symbol, super boring font and terrible kerning, unbalanced composition.

I googled "Africa" and "Australia" and came up with some really brilliant and vibrant inspirations. I took the liberty to pick a couple and mix them into this.
I'm not saying it's better than yours, it was done in 10 minutes directly in photoshop, but I think you could do a lot with a little more research and time.

BTW, you've posted 2 other versions of this logo, the oldest I could track is 2 months old, but I see it didn't change all that much. Is this an ongoing project you do in your spare time? Just curious 'cause 2 months for a logo seems like a lot of time to have just three very similar iterations.
