The green eye is almost challenging to look at because of the white insert. My optical center is confused. Logo is beautiful tho. Good fading.
Maybe a really really thin outline or none may make a difference to. 3.5 thumbs up.

The red one will work, but currently it's very hard to read.

This is cheesy, very ugly and barely readable but knowing this is logo for a DJ and his 'below room temperature' IQ crowd it will probably work.
For the benefit of your design career I would seriously consider denying you had anything to do with this if anyone asks.

I liked it, just thought bad typography. If you try a slightly more readable typography to be fine.
