Logo for Amerigroup Integral Services
Logo for a Logistic Company. This is not the principal logo, this is a logo for the star product. AIS is Amerigroup Integral Services which is a product that combine services like international logistic, customs and wharehouse service, all this into one product.

El logo de es una compañia de logistica. Este no es el logo principal de la compañia es el logo de su producto estrella. AIS significa Amerigroup Servicios Integrales que es un producto de servicios combinados que incluye logistica internacional, aduanas y almacenamiento, todo en un solo producto.

I love the general idea and direction of this. One thing that you would probably benefit from however, is that this logo could look a little less generic if you created a flat version, minus all of the gradients and outlines/stokes on the inner and outer circles.
I would also like to see this logo without the transparent geography overlay. Right now for me at least it draws a lot of attention on first glance, as my eye wants to figure out what those background shapes are. But this is just my little nit-pick :3
I like the font, very appropriate in my opinion, but take a look at the kerning in the words. They just scream "HELP! WE CAN'T BREATHE! GAAAAHH!"
Okay maybe they're not screaming those exact words, but you get the idea I hope, give the text some more breathing room where it says "Amerigroup Integral Services" to the point that NONE of the letters are touching (that includes the T and E in the word "Integral".
Also for the colors... I'm not a big fan of them, reason being because at first glance I thought that it was a government agency or something related to the law. Which may not make sense for what you're going for - warehouse services and logistics. But it's also probably because you have a gradient, so once you get it to look a little more flat, you may get some more positive comments on color choice :D
As for the AIS in the middle? Maybe play around with that line in the middle of the A, an arrow or something that goes through the letter may make it more relatable and interesting to the viewer :3
