El logotipo simboliza las raíces que se echan cuando se adquiere un hogar. Raíces conformado la silueta de una casa y que dan vida, literalmente, al nombre principal de la marca "Alcatraces".

the ideea is ok. the inline doesnt work though. too long. also the house and flowers are drawn in a completly different style. try to do something about it because the typeface works only with the flowers but not the house.

try re-drawing the flowers and leaves to match the style of the house. Also, try adding another style of flower.
The positioning throws my eyes of. I also think that you should revise the actual logo mark itself as it doesn't really tell me a lot about the company or it doesn't make me want to go out of my way to find out about it. Keep on going, this is a good start.
