Gostei. A ideia está excelente, Também gostei das cores. Penso apenas que Está qualquer coisa errada com a font... não consigo definir o que seja. Em todo o caso parabéns!

This looks clever, like realy good logo.

On the top of exclamation mark (not on top of branches) maybe you should hide that rounded top part. Try to cut part like I'll show you down. Maybe, just maybe some other sans font... less extended.
