Brief from client

The shape of the shield is a bit weird (bottom half somewhat skew) - get it more symmetrical, and the top part not wider than the bottom part. Then is the ACAPULCO too large in relation to the rest of the logo. Colors? for my opinion - too much blue in there... I regret, I do not speak, read or understand Portuguese or Spanish...sorry - hope I could help a bit...

What does a shield have to do with a hotel? I don't like the shape and in top of that - as Theo said - there are mistakes in the drawing too, e.g. there is a little corner/break in the line on the left side etc. The palm trees and all the other stuff are missing the innovation, there is no new idea in them at all. Thousands of hotels have palm trees in their logo. The RGB green and blue make my eyes jump out, you can't use such colors when designing a logo and you have to be aware that these colors can not be printed. The next question is the name of the hotel. Is the hotel name Acapulco or it's the Suites Angelopolis hotel which is situated in Acapulco? Because the hotel name should be the largest among all the text.
